  • June was an exciting month with a trip to the Virunga National Park in the DRC to photograph Gorillas and Volcanoes!<br />

  • This month an abstract close up of the radiating patterns of the fascinating lava lake in the Nyiragongo Volcano, Democratic Republic of Congo. Being here felt like connecting with the origin of the earth, of life even. In combination with the Gorilla experience I dare conclude that a visit to Virunga was a journey to the origin of species too and therewith to my very own.
