The Black Hole

This month features a rather abstract image, a favourite from a very recent visit to my beloved Sossusvlei sand dunes. The patterns in the sand all converging to a 'Black Hole', a shadow patch behind a dune ridge, combined with the interesting play of light and shadow, had me fascinated for a long time. These sand dunes are full of inspirational abstract patterns and the longer I walk amongst them, the more I 'see'.
