Beautiful Eagle

Probably one of the most awesome aspects of wildlife photography is the acceptance by animals into their world. This beautiful female Bateleur allowed me to get closer and closer as she was drinking from a small waterhole. When we arrived there were in fact 6 individuals at the waterhole! All but one took off on the sound of our vehicle, this one however seemed not to care. Call me strange, but the few quiet minutes I spent with this magnificent bird will remain one of those encounters I will cherish forever.
