Kubu Island
The National monument Kubu Island (or Lekhubu Island) is a rocky outcrop in the immense wide open flats of the Makgadikgadi Saltpans and is covered with the most ghostly baobab trees, star chestnut trees and even mysterious stone walls. This magnificent place undoubtedly leaves an indelible impression upon all who visit and it is truly one of my favourite places on the planet.
